Privacy Policy

BOM PONG is not selling anything yet. This website is here so people can hear about the launch. This policy explains what we collect through it and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • When you join the waitlist: your email address, which product or colour you were looking at, and whether you also asked for news.
  • Proof of your consent: the date and time you signed up, the consent wording you saw, the page you signed up on, your IP address and your browser's user agent.
  • When you use the contact form: your name if you give it, your email, the topic and your message.
  • Campaign links: if you arrived from a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source), we store those tags with your signup.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell-your-data analytics on this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

  • To send you a confirmation when you join, then email you about the BOM PONG launch and, if you asked for it, occasional news.
  • To answer messages you send us.
  • To keep a record that you agreed to hear from us, and to stop spam signups.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and send our messages: Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email. They may only use it to provide that service to us.

Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • See or delete your information: send a request through our contact form and we'll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We may keep a record of an opt-out so we don't contact you again.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where we operate

BOM PONG plans to launch in the United States only.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
